Paul Statham, CEO, Condeco
Paul has established several successful and innovative businesses. He has helped to shape the relationship between real estate and technology, establishing Condeco as one of the foremost providers of workspace management technology. He was previously Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest electronic security companies.

Peter Otto, Director of Product Strategy & Design, Condeco
Peter Otto is Product Strategy and Design Director at Condeco, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team working on the next generation of software and digital devices to help people work, meet and collaborate. Between 2006 and 2012 he worked at Flow Interactive, a pioneering London design agency, and Morgan Stanley, where he worked on next-generation financial software tools. Peter also teaches User-Centred-Design at Birkbeck, University of London.

Martin Hale, Workplace Strategist & Transformation Leader, The Work Surgery
The Work Surgery was founded in 2014 by Martin Hale, a highly-respected future of work professional and change consultant who is trusted advisor to many leading organizations around the world. Martin specialises in researching and understanding the impact of the changing nature of work through emerging and innovative technology, people strategies and the use of space (both physical and virtual). Combining a background in research and development with an in-depth understanding of future of work trends, he is particularly interested in helping organisations to understand complex strategic challenges to smarter working and their application and value in the workplace.

Richard Priestley, Property & FM Manager South, Sodexo
Richard joined Sodexo (formerly Gardener Merchant) in 1987 as an Assistant General Catering Manager at News International Wapping, progressing to the General Manager and finally Group Manager. In 1995, Gardner Merchant was acquired by Sodexo and over the next five years the evolution began taking the company from a catering operation to an integrated facilities management company. At this point Richard made a conscious decision to move into FM as this was the future. Over the past 15 years he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge which lead him to his current position where he is responsible for Sodexo's leased property portfolio in the South of the UK and the teams that deliver FM services within all these locations.

Oscar Mellegers, Head of Marketing EMEA, Ricoh Europe
Oscar leads the Product Marketing portfolio for Ricoh Communication services in EMEA. Covering such a diverse commercial and business landscape requires proficiency in dealing with disparate challenges. Oscar’s multifaceted 12-year experience at Ricoh enables him to showcase affluence in understanding these diversified market conditions. And, ultimately, develop a firm steer and a clear vision on how to create a better workplace environment. By summoning a unique mix of differentiated specializations - ranging from product management to market development - Oscar has taken over commanding position across multiple large scale initiatives. He and his team deliver impactful change for Ricoh, its global customers and most importantly the backbone of any organisation - its people. An analytical mind adept at business modelling, Oscar is quite the expert when it comes to problem solving. By examining it and deconstructing it to its components, he builds bespoke value propositions to meet the most complex of requirements. A native Dutch, he holds a Bachelor in Management and a Major in Marketing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Nicola Lathbury, Managing Director of Hexagon and Women in FM Board Committee Member
With over 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management and a background in specialising in recruitment, business development and operational facilities management, Nicola has established herself as an expert in her field. She is an active member of the British Institute of Facilities Management in the Midlands Region and also sits on the Women in FM committee. Working as part of the Midlands Committee she helps raise awareness and share best practice within the FM industry via a range of activities such as key learning events, networking and workshops.
